Support Relocation and Stand up to Eviction Lawsuit

Yoooooo, I'm a happy type of person, always speaking up for the less fortunate. In 2024, I got sick. In January 2025, the landlord asked if we wanted to renew the lease. (Yes) Yes, we will renew the lease. But can we have the heater looked at? What's wrong with the heater? they asked. I replied: It doesn't work! The landlord had two HVAC techs determine the heater doesn't work. No sooner after the heater gets fixed, we get evicted on January 25, 2025, with a 60-day notice to vacate. Now we're being sued.
