The devastation from Hurricane Helene in Asheville, NC is incomprehensible. Widespread power outages, loss of internet and cellular service, no stable supply of gasoline for automobiles or generators, roads washed out or blocked by massive trees toppled in the storm, and people stranded. Cleanup and recovery will take some time.

Our company, Simply Home, is headquartered in the Asheville area. Many of our team members live and work in Asheville. Every aspect of their lives is impacted by this storm and its aftermath. The company is working hard to help get supplies -- gas, water, food -- to our staff members who are stranded. But there will also be some longer-term financial needs for those folks.
