Hi, my name is Eric, and I’m raising funds for my 5-year-old daughter Eryka, who has been fighting for her life since the day she was born. She’s a true heart warrior who survived her first open-heart surgery at just 5 days old and a second major surgery at 3 years old. Because she spent so long on a ventilator as a newborn, she now lives with chronic breathing issues that affect her every single day.

She takes daily asthma medicine, needs breathing treatments, and gets sick much easier and for much longer than other children her age. Last year alone, she missed 54 days of school, which meant me and my wife had to miss a lot of work to stay home and care for her during flare-ups, doctor visits, and hospital checks. The financial strain has been difficult, but we continue doing everything we can to keep her healthy, safe and happy.
