Hello, my name is Sheree Mullings. I am Master's Athlete for JamCan Athletics and I recently received devastating news that the wife of one of my closet teammates, Melissa Morgan, passed away after a battle with cancer.  Beating breast cancer a few years back, the cancer ended up coming back again. Melissa fought with all her strength and determination, but unfortunately her body could not beat the battle this time. This has been a sudden and unexpected tragedy as there was hope that she was going to pull through again.

Meeting at the young age of 19, Melissa and Otis had been married for 25 years. They were each others forever sweethearts. Otis and  Melissa were both loving and caring parents for their three year old son Mikhail.  Being the young and innocent age that he is, Mikhail asks regularly for his mom and only knows that she has gone to heaven to be with God. Melissa will be dearly missed by her son, husband, and the rest of her family.

This fundraiser is to help the family to offset the cost of funeral expenses.
