My name is Judy Castillo. My brother Otis unexpectedly passed away Sunday morning. The funeral costs are just too much. My Father, who is a retired Vietnam Veteran, can’t afford much from his monthly social security checks and my Mother, who’s semi retired, can only come up with so much.
