Support Oscar's Healing and Home Repairs

Hi all, many of you know that Oscar was recently hospitalized for some days and is now home. He has been sick for a while, but things got really bad, really quickly. He is responding well to his treatments and is slowly getting better, thankfully, but I find myself overwhelmed by all of the things that have built up and were left neglected as his illness progressed. We are unable to handle these things alone.

My fibromyalgia often leaves me very tired (and sore) at the end of the work day, and I am not able to keep up with the yard or house work. The city is fining me because the lawn is very overgrown. I need to pay for some help on an ongoing basis for this. I have wonderful friends who are offering to help with the housework when they have time, but this brings me to another thing I cannot fix myself, though I have tried!

Our plumbing is not working right. The plungers and draino do nothing!

Oscar now also has to stick to a strict diet that is challenging for us. He keeps running out of things he can eat easily when I am not home. I need to buy some more groceries.

Finally, my biggest stress day-to-day, the car. It is not registered...because I cannot smog it, because it has the check engine light going. I need to fix it. I think it's a spark plug, I have friends who will help me fix it cheaper, but cheaper is not free. I need to get the part(s) and whatever else is needed, fix it, smog it, then register it. I already have 2 fix-it tickets and these are going to turn into real trouble if I do not handle this.

If you can help throw a few bucks at my problems, I appreciate it tremendously. If you know a plumber who would work with payments, I'd love the contact info. Any help, well, helps!
