Orli Cooper's Water Polo - Greece training and Pythia Cup

I am excited to have the opportunity to join the USA Water Polo Youth Nationa Team training and tournament in Greece this July! After training in Orange County, CA, and in Athens, Greece, I will join the team as one of two goalies competing in the Pythia Cup in Itea from July 18-21. This brings me one step closer to joining the Youth National Team at the upcoming Youth Worlds this September.

It has been an honor to be a part of the USA Water Polo Olympic Development Program - it is a training program that has not only made me a better athlete, it has also changed the direction of my life. It has enhanced my performance as an athlete, and it has also increased my focus and concentration and built my mental toughness which will have a positive impact on me in all areas of my life. I am raising money to help cover some of my training, competition and travel through the spring and summer.

I could not have achieved any of these goals without the continued support of the network around me. I am grateful to all of you for the impact you have had in this sport and my life.
