Support Oreste’s Road To Recovery

As you may all know, Oreste had a mountain bike accident at Alafia trails this Saturday, April 26. What started as a regular day riding with friends and his wife quickly turned into a life-threatening moment. He was taken to the emergency room, where doctors discovered that he had suffered extensive injuries—including brain fluid, 9 fractured vertebrae, fluid in his lungs, and 2 broken ribs. Currently, he is in the ICU recovering from his injuries.

Oreste is someone who's always been there for others—a great father, husband, loyal friend, hard worker, and someone who shows up to the trails saying "you know what time it is." Now, we're hoping to rally around him in the same spirit.

Como ya saben, Oreste sufrió un accidente de bicicleta en Alafia este sábado 26 de abril. Lo que comenzó como un paseo normal con amigos y su esposa se convirtió rápidamente en un momento de gran peligro para su vida. Fue llevado a urgencias, donde los médicos descubrieron que había sufrido lesiones graves, incluyendo fluido en el cerebra, 9 vértebras fracturadas, líquido en los pulmones y 2 costillas rotas. Actualmente se encuentra en el ICU recuperándose de sus lesiones. Oreste siempre ha estado ahí para los demás: un gran padre, esposo, amigo leal, trabajador y alguien que llega a al parque diciendo "ya sabes qué hora es". Ahora, esperamos apoyarlo con el mismo espíritu. Le pedimos su ayuda. Ya sea con una donación económica, compartiendo este mensaje o simplemente orando por Oreste, todo importa y ayuda.
