UPDATE 9/5 Orange kitty surgery is scheduled for September 10th.
Meet Orange Kitty.
On August 22, Orange Kitty was found with his littermates—starving, severely dehydrated, battling eye infections, and infested with fleas. While his two siblings have since made a full recovery, Orange Kitty has continued to struggle, especially with one of his eyes.
Despite weeks of care, antibiotics, and eye medications, there’s been no improvement. At a recent follow-up with Dr. Waddington, we received heartbreaking news: the eye is no longer viable and must be removed to prevent further complications.
The surgery can be performed at Dr. Waddington’s clinic and is estimated to cost $1,500.
Orange Kitty is a little fighter. He’s full of love, playful spirit, and has so much life left to live. Other than his eye, he is a healthy, happy kitten who deserves a second chance. I simply don’t have it in my heart to consider euthanasia when surgery can give him the life he deserves.
Please consider donating to help cover the cost of Orange Kitty’s surgery. Every little bit helps, and we’re so grateful for any support you can offer.
