I'm writing on behalf of Omar Mitchell, who lives down the street. Omar uses a wheelchair. Not that long ago, I assisted him as he was trying to make his way up Flynn to the convenience store. I asked him afterwards if he'd ever looked into getting a motorized wheelchair. He had, but the deductible for his insurance was out of his reach.
