I'm reaching and creating this go fund me to share the story of a young man in Gambia who desperately needs our support.

At just 20 years old, Omar has found himself in the role of sole caregiver for his four younger siblings. Tragically, both of his parents have passed away, leaving him with the immense responsibility of providing for his family's basic needs.

Currently, Omar is struggling to make ends meet, and there simply isn't enough money for food, let alone for his siblings to attend school. As a result, their future prospects are bleak, and the cycle of poverty threatens to perpetuate.

I'm reaching out to our community in the hope that we can come together and offer a helping hand to Omar and his siblings. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in their lives. Whether it's a monetary donation to provide immediate relief or resources to support their education, your kindness will be deeply appreciated.

May 28- today Omar was able to buy a bag of rice for his family thanks to the 50$ donation. Fruits and veggies unfortunately cost more. Let’s get this family some more nutrients!

June 5th- Omar was able to pay rent with 50$ donation as his siblings and Omar were behind and almost in the process of getting evicted.

July 3rd- Omar was able to purchase some nutrients (rice & veggies) for his family.
