Hi to all. I update Omar's case by adding his latest blood tests and ultrasounds. Unfortunately Omar's health has deteriorated and his prognosis depends on quick action. The doctor suggests intervention as soon as possible. While this goal is achieved, Omar will be under treatment to stabilize hemoglobin and the internal sacred. Hello, I’m Omar. Together with my mother, I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the love, prayers, and support we’ve received. Your kindness fills our hearts with hope and strength, and we are profoundly grateful for every message, prayer, and act of generosity. Today, I’m here to share my story in the hopes that you might continue to support me on this journey as I fight an unexpected battle with testicular cancer.

A Journey Through Uncertainty

These past months have been an emotional rollercoaster for my mother and me, as we face this illness together. Living in Venezuela, however, has made this journey even more challenging. Our country is gripped by severe economic hardship, where hyperinflation means that, on an average monthly salary, a person can afford just a kilo of chicken or cheese. Public hospitals, sadly, lack essential supplies and are unequipped for complex care needs, especially cancer treatments. In many parts of the world, my cancer would be a serious but manageable condition. Here in Venezuela, the lack of resources turns cancer into a devastating threat, often beyond hope.

The Next Step – A Life-Saving Surgery

After undergoing radiation therapy, my tumor has begun to shrink, offering a glimmer of hope. However, surgery is the next critical step in my treatment. Thankfully, there is an option: I can receive the full treatment, including surgery, in a private clinic here in Venezuela. The cost, however, is almost $15,000 – a sum that is far beyond my reach in this economic climate.
