Hello there, I’m Hel Say. I want to raise money for Omaha Zion Karen Baptist Church. I’m one of the church members who always wanted to help our church reach our goal, but we haven’t been able to reach it due to many reasons. Especially, financially, we are struggling to get where we need to be. We’re planning to buy our own church for a better future for our younger generation so that they will have a place to continue to go to church and stay connected to their families to serve God together still. As for now, we are renting a place where we attend church every Sunday, and we are so grateful for that. Imagine being able to have our church to do things freely, like practicing youth songs at church and rehearsing for Sunday services. Right now, we’re practicing at one of our youth leader's houses every Saturday night. We’re thankful for the space that we get to share and learn together, but imagine if we have our own church, we can do so much more for the youth and community. Our elders' goals are to make sure that we never part ways with them or God. They’re working hard to make sure we are safe and stay connected to God. They want us to have faith and trust that God will make a way for us. They are doing everything they can to get our own church for their children and their children.
