In college, all of us roommates used to say, "Find your Liv," which meant find a girl like Olivia. We all knew the truth that Erik really married up. Olivia is one of the most godly, kind, and selfless women you'll ever meet. She's a great wife to Erik, a loving mother to EJ and Frances, and a loyal friend to so many of us.

But at the end of November, the Veker family received news that nobody could be prepared for - Olivia has breast cancer.

Currently, the Vekers are in the process of moving to Grand Rapids, Michigan. Erik and Liv are in between jobs due to the move, and we, as their community, have the ability to stand in the gap and help them cover the medical expenses associated with cancer treatment, bills, diapers, gas to drive back to Chicago for treatment each week, and the unexpected things that pop up along the way when battling cancer.

I know that Erik, Olivia, and their kids would be blessed by our prayer support and our financial support.
