On the morning of February 9th, our beloved Oliver began having seizures. My husband rushed him to the vet, where he was taken in right away and given medication to stop the seizures. We were hoping it was something he might have eaten, but after running tests, his blood work came back only mildly abnormal and nothing pointed to environmental factors. The vet was hopeful at first, but after the latest update, it became clear that Oliver’s brain is no longer communicating with his body—he cannot stand or see. The vet now believes it was a brain tumor that finally grew enough to affect his motor skills and cause the seizures.

My heart is totally shattered. When we moved to Vegas five years ago, we got Ollie from a friend at just six weeks old—he was our first baby. He was there when we brought both our daughters home from the hospital and has been with us through three moves. Our oldest daughter is struggling with this loss, and we want to do everything we can to honor Oliver’s memory and comfort our girls.

We are asking for help to pay Oliver’s final vet bills, arrange for his cremation, and create keepsakes for our daughters to remember him by. We were not prepared for this financial challenge, but we want to make sure our little boy is comfortable in his final moments.
