I never thought I’d be writing this, but I need help to save Oliver’s life. About four weeks ago, this sweet Maine Coon found his way to us in terrible condition—malnourished, matted, and clearly suffering. We took him in, cleaned him up, and got him to the vet, where we learned he has entropion, a painful condition where his eyelids turn inward, causing constant irritation and risking permanent eye damage. When we first found him, his eyes were swollen shut from a double infection. We treated it, but once the infection cleared, we realized his eyelids were the root of the problem. He now needs surgery to correct it, but that’s only part of his battle.

Oliver has also been struggling with chronic diarrhea since the day we found him. We’ve changed his diet, tested for worms, parasites, and even Giardia, but every test has come back normal. Despite trying everything within our means, his condition persists. The vet has now referred us to a specialist, but just getting through the door is expensive , and the additional tests and imaging costs remain unknown. His eye surgery is estimated at $600, and with the multiple vet visits he’s already had, the costs are quickly adding up.

Through it all, Oliver has continued to fight, despite everything he has been through. He deserves a chance at a healthy, happy life, and I’m doing everything I can to make that happen.
