Support Oksana's Fight Against Ovarian Cancer

HELP MY SISTER TO FIGHT OVARIAN CANCER

Three weeks ago my 54 year old sister Haiyko Oksana was diagnosed with stage 3 Ovarian cancer. It has taken a big toll on her husband,88 year old father and two kids. The youngest is 15. She was born, raised and has lived in Ukraine for all her adult life. She has helped people as a doctor, and the last few years was fighting for the freedom of Ukraine and for the soldiers lives. She never left Kiev during the war because of her Hippocratic oath as a Doctor and her love for the country and her people made her strong. But now she’s fighting for her own life. Social medicine in Ukraine doesn’t have a most advanced treatment and tool to proceed with the surgery , chemo and care. The cancer is extremely aggressive and has already spread to abdomen. Time is very important right now and due to the current situation in Ukraine we are looking into the treatment outside of the country. My sister’s fight is my fight with ovarian cancer, and if I can put a smile on her face and give her hope for remission in years to come, it would mean the world to me and her family.
