Please Help Us Provide Much Needed Support to Pets In Hughes County

REAP (Rural Economic Advancement Program) is an Oklahoma 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to strengthening rural communities through economic development and vital support services.

Included in this mission is to care for some of the most vulnerable members of our community--our animals. Holdenville and the surrounding areas of Hughes County face significant economic hardship. Unemployment remains high, and the poverty rate is nearly double the national rate.

When families struggle to meet basic needs, their pets struggle too.

This campaign aims to provide relief to households facing financial strain by supplying dog food, cat food, sterilization, and essential pet necessities. Every dollar raised goes directly toward keeping our beloved companions healthy and fed, easing the burden on families and the community who are doing all they can to care for their pets that have a family, are looking for a family, or are abandoned to the streets.
