Okami Judo Club is a nonprofit dojo in Elk Grove, CA that teaches the art and discipline of Judo to youth and adults — entirely free of charge.

We’re raising $15,000 to replace our aging mats with new, competition-grade flooring so our students can train safely and confidently.

Why It Matters

Our club serves 100s of judoka, many of whom rely on us not just for physical activity, but for mentorship, community, and growth. Through Judo, they build confidence, discipline, and respect; skills that reach far beyond the mat.

After years of use, our current (wrestling) mats are worn and no longer meet the standards needed for effective practice. Without proper mats, our ability to safely teach throws, breakfalls, and grappling is at risk.

Where Your Donations Go

Your generous support will directly fund:

  • New high-quality tatami mats for our training space
  • A safer environment for our students
  • The long-term sustainability of our free Judo program

Every dollar helps!

Be Part of the Journey

We believe every child deserves access to a safe, empowering space — regardless of income. Okami Judo Club has been proud to serve our community for years, and with your help, we can continue to do so safely.

Whether you donate $10 or $1,000, you’re making an impact. If you can't donate, please consider sharing this campaign with friends, family, and local businesses.

Let’s give our kids a strong, safe foundation to grow, on and off the mat.

Thank you for your support!
