A close friend and her four roommates lost their college home in a fire today. The fire was caused by a maintenance error, and thankfully no one was home, but they lost all of their personal belongings and are currently in a hotel until housing can give them a more permanent solution.

They’re all students and now suddenly don’t have a place to live, clothes, or basic necessities. This happened so fast and has been incredibly overwhelming for all of them.
