Have you ever heard of the Welsh 3000s challenge?
It's an incredible feat of endurance that involves climbing all 15 mountains in Wales that are over 3000 feet tall, and it's no easy task and I will be aiming to beat my record of 15 hours 58 minutes solo and this time trying to reach under 13 hours.
But that's exactly what I'm aiming to do, all in aid of the Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Team. The Ogwen Valley Mountain rescue Team is a vital service that helps rescue hikers and climbers who get into difficulty in the mountains. They rely on donations for funding their equipment, training, and operations, and I want to do my part to support them.
The first place I ever fell in love with hiking was in ogwen valley so it only feels right for me to do this and help give something back as sign of appreciation for the work they do.
