Hi, I am Officer Pothoff.

I’m trying to get donations to help pay for advanced training so I can be trained as a certified digital forensic examiner. My goal is to use this training to work dealing with cybercrime, specifically crimes against children and human trafficking, as well as enhance my effectiveness in protecting my community.

I currently have been taking a lot of free training, but I have a couple more pieces to the puzzle that I would like to get, and it’s gonna cost me a grand for one and 500 for the other. With you help it would allow me to get my national certification as a certified digital forensic examiner.

I currently have the equipment to do most of the jobs since there are some great open-source tools and software out there. However, before I can be truly effective, I need to get this training taken care of. Even if you can only spare a dollar or two, every little bit helps and would be greatly appreciated.

My agency really can’t afford to send me to the training, so I’m hoping that the community may be able to help me with this. God bless and thank you.
