Support Officer Dustin Krish's Road to Recovery

Officer Dustin Krish, with the Carrollton Police Department, was tragically struck by a vehicle on June 11, 2025, while on duty directing traffic. Dustin has undergone two very intensive surgeries in an effort to save his life. He continues to be in critical but stable condition in the ICU at Kennestone Hospital. This horrible accident has left our community stunned and heartbroken as we pray fervently for God to heal him. We believe in the power of prayer and believe that God will restore his body and mind, but we are also realistic that this is going to be a long journey to healing.

Dustin joined CPD three years ago, following in his big brother's footsteps by joining the same department. He loves his job, and being a police officer is truly his calling. He is the kind of person who lights up every room, not just with jokes and laughter but with a heart that radiates warmth. He's the guy you call when you have car trouble, when you need help moving, or when you just need to talk. He loves hard and lives with purpose. At his core, he is a man of deep faith. Dustin's relationship with God isn't just something he talks about; it's something you see in how he treats others, how he serves his community, how he forgives, and how he loves. For years, he waited patiently, trusting that God would send him the right woman. When Emily came into his life, he didn't just fall in love, but he recognized a blessing he had prayed for his whole life. Now, as newlyweds as of November of this past year, Dustin has been loving his beautiful wife fiercely, faithfully, and joyfully!

Being a LEO's wife is difficult in itself, but having to face your worst nightmare is unfathomable. Emily is in the thick of it, and we just want to help her and Dustin as much as we can as they navigate this unforeseen tragedy. We don't know what the next few weeks, months, or even years will look like, but we trust in a God of miracles. All funds will go to support any future needs that Dustin will require and to allow Emily to remain by her husband's side without any financial stress.
