Support Officer Bud Phouang's Family

Officer Bud Phouang was a good friend to many people in the Montgomery County area and he was also one of my family members. He lost his battle with COVID-19 on March 31st, 2020. He leaves behind a wife, five children and many other family members. He and Heather have been out of work while self quarantining for the last two weeks. Now Heather must face medical bills, funeral cost and living expenses for herself and the children. I along with Bud's cousin Millie McElduff have set up two separate campaigns.
