Support of funeral and memorial of my dearly beloved Mommy.

My mommy was a light in this world. She was strong, resilient, intelligent and most of all my best friend in this world. She worked and moved around like she wasn’t a day over 30. In early July she went to the hospital for a painful muscle spasm and by the grace of God, that led her to finding out she had stage 1A lung cancer and she would be quickly cured. She had it removed, and was on a road to recovery. There was a complication that could have been prevented with a sooner follow up to check on everything. There was 1/2 liter of liquid drained from her out of no where, and she was released an HOUR later. She should have never been discharged that soon. The following 4 days were rough and I was right by her side helping her with everything, as stubborn as she can be. She was a force. Sunday morning, we got washed up and headed down for breakfast, I hugged and kissed her told her i loved her and i would be right back down. Within 5 minutes, my mommy had collapsed to the ground. The firefighters showed up first. The paramedics took so long. They got her stable and TOLD ME THEY BROUGHT THE HOSPITAL TO ME TO PREVENT ANY ISSUES. THE PORTABLE HOSPITAL WAS HERE. SHE WAS STABLE.

STABLE.
HER HEART WAS IN PERFECT STANDING.
I said from the discharge she was unable to be in a moving vehicle for 1-2 weeks, all inclusive of an ambulance. THE HOSPITAL WAS BROUGHT TO US. For some reason they decided to change to a transfer, leaving us in the dark with why. They would not allow me to hold her hand, to ride in the ambulance. I begged them not to transfer the hospital was already here. Even before leaving they changed their answer to “stable-ish” which “ish” I do not believe should be used by any medical professional. Something happened before leaving and all 3 ambulance drivers rushed to where she was in the back of one. All I saw was a shaking ambulance. They would not tell me what happened. The way it was shaking I believe that the stretcher and how rough it was as she was moving her eyes trying to communicate, hurt her internally. I begged them again do what you have to here. They left and minutes into the ride she went into cardiac. The EMTs never spoke with me again. My Mommy was STABLE.

And now my Mommy is not here with me and this cannot be my reality. I never had loss until this year and I have had 3 back to back losses of our beloved pups who were my children and now my entire body and soul.

The expenses for the funeral and memorial and everything else related feels unreachable. I am going to fight for my Mommy and the negligence I feel was undone to her as I believe this was human error on many levels. We were on a clean and easy road. We made so many plans. And then she was ripped away from me and they didn’t even let me hold her hand when she was.

Anything is appreciated and from the bottom of my heart, I will never be able to explain the gratitude included. I love my Mommy she was my best friend, my momma, my rider, my confidant. Thank you a million times over
