Support of any kind through the Journey

Hello my name is Angela Flores I am 40 years old, I'm married and me and my husband have seven kids between us plus grandkids.
Six boys and one girl.
In December of 2023 I was sent to get a colonoscopy being I have been bleeding for the last six years and unsure why it was constant and wouldn't stop.
The doctor found a mass the size of a baseball and they said it must be removed being these things become cancerous.
.
In Feb is when they did my first surgery where they removed 90% of it, and that doctor said I would need another specialist to take out the rest but I would first need either chemotherapy or radiation depending on what their plan would be.
April 19th 2024 was the scheduled appt I was patienly waiting for to see the specialist in Seattle.
They explained to me how the tumor is not what they are concerned of, it's the lymph nodes that were found and being there where lymph nodes found they said the cancer was Stage 3.
So Thursday May the 16th I will getting the port placed, and the following day I will be receiving the first dose of eight cycles of chemotherapy. The last five in a half weeks it will be a combination of Chemotherapy and Radiation, both are five day treatments.
So this is something I know I didn't mentally prepare for yet I really want to be ready for what's next so that I can begin the healing journey.
I want to get better have faith I will be better and have the daily strength it's gonna take to do just that.
So being it's only my husband working and I now receive FMLA as of June 24th, 2024. This is only enough to pay for the bills but we have a big overhead being our family is so big and we help four households which all our kids and grandchildren live at in one way or another. And there are four children 18 and under as well and their needs are needs that are also important to us as needed when needed.
Our family is asking for any type of help and are not ashamed to be in this position being many others are in need and we are yet another family who also needs this support.
And we appreciate you all.
Thank you for all your continual prayers.
