my cat odin went in for a dental cleaning today, and while inspecting a sore spot on his tail, the vet has found some concerning cell growths linked to cancer.

she went ahead with x-rays, and thankfully it hasn’t metastasized in his lungs. unfortunately, the spot on his tail is not healing properly, and in order to obtain a proper cancer diagnosis, his tail will have to be amputated.

i’ve had odin since he was 4 months old, he has been with me for the last 14 years. his health and well being are my top priority, and that he has every comfort i can give him. the costs i budgeted for have gone up significantly, and i could use some additional support right now. if you’re able to donate just know how grateful myself and odin are.
