Support Odali's Family During This Loss

Dear friends and family,

My name is Odali Iraheta, and I am here asking for your help to put my father to rest. As many know, I am his only daughter and the youngest of 4 older brothers. I would try to help him with any little thing I could while pregnant this last year. I would buy him groceries, take him to and from the hospital, and take him to attend his appointments. Since he was amputated from his right foot due to an infection that spread in 2019, he was made aware that he was diabetic and had other health problems. As you can imagine, he was in and out of the hospital due to his underlying health issues. As of last year, late December, our dad fought a blood infection that slowly spread throughout his body and caused him to go into cardiac arrest in late January, which led to him being comatose. After a long battle and as I shed tears, this evening, March 7th, 2025, our Father up in heaven has finally called him home.

We are absolutely devastated by our dad's passing and are in need of your help to cover the cost of the funeral. I’ve started a fundraiser to collect donations for our dad's funeral service and end-of-life costs.

Please consider donating if you are able to do so in this time of need as we are not prepared. We are extremely grateful for every donation during this difficult time as we mourn and try to lay our dad to rest.

Mi nombre es Odali Iraheta y estoy aquí pidiendo su ayuda para que mi padre pueda descansar en paz. Como muchos saben, soy su única hija y la menor de cuatro hermanos. Yo trataba

de ayudarlo con cualquier cosita que pudiera durante el embarazo del año pasado: le compraba alimentos, lo llevaba y traía del hospital y lo llevaba a sus citas. Desde que le amputaron el pie derecho debido a una infección que se propagó en 2019, cuando eso ocurrió se enteró de que era diabético y tenía otros problemas de salud. Como pueden imaginar, entraba y salía del hospital debido a sus problemas de salud subyacentes. A fines de diciembre del año pasado, nuestro padre luchó contra una infección en la sangre que se extendió lentamente por todo su cuerpo y le provocó un paro cardíaco a fines de enero, lo que lo llevó a un estado de coma. Después de una larga batalla y mientras derramaba lágrimas, esta tarde, 7 de marzo de 2025, nuestro Padre celestial finalmente lo llamó a casa.

Estamos absolutamente devastados por el fallecimiento de nuestro padre y necesitamos su ayuda para cubrir los costos del funeral. Comencé una campaña de recaudación de fondos para reunir donaciones para el funeral de nuestro padre y los costos del final de su vida.
