Support Objects in Motion's New York Debut!

Hey everybody! My name is Callan Mitchell. I am the writer, director, and producer of this project, and I am excited to announce that Objects in Motion is back! After its successful run in Fort Worth, Texas in 2024, this sparkly, sharp play is making its New York debut at Brooklyn Art Haus this May.

This play goes through snapshots of five teenage girls training for their competitive dance season. Each girl grapples with their artistic and intellectual development, asking themselves questions like, are we real, how do we befriend our biggest competitors, and what is acceleration, like really? This original play is about the existential dread of being a teenage girl in the performing arts and how we find our place in the universe and with each other.

We are sourcing the majority of what we need from our team of current college students and recent college grads, but we still need help with a few things. If you contribute to this GoFundMe, here are some of the things your money would be going toward:
