He was found at the bottom of a ravine, under sudden and painful circumstances that have deeply shaken our family. His passing came without warning, in a tragic way we are still trying to understand.

Obed was a quiet, gentle, and deeply caring man, especially when it came to animals. His two dogs, Simón and Canela, were his inseparable companions, and he cared for them with extraordinary love. To honor his memory and the bond they shared, they will remain with our family, where they will continue to receive the affection and care he always gave them.

This month, Obed would have turned 60 years old. Instead of celebrating his life with him, we are preparing to honor him and say our goodbyes.

Our family is facing one of the most painful moments of our lives. In addition to funeral and memorial expenses, we are also dealing with the costs of the investigation, as we search for answers and justice for what happened.

Con inmenso dolor compartimos la devastadora noticia del fallecimiento de mi hermano mayor, Obed. Fue encontrado sin vida al fondo de una barranca, en circunstancias inesperadas y profundamente dolorosas para toda nuestra familia. Su partida ocurrió sin aviso alguno, de una manera que jamás imaginamos vivir. Todavía seguimos tratando de entender cómo pasó algo tan trágico y repentino.

Obed era un hombre reservado, noble y profundamente amoroso, especialmente con los animales. Sus dos perros, Simón y Canela, eran su compañía inseparable y él los cuidaba con una dedicación que conmovía a todos. Para honrar su memoria y el amor tan grande que les tenía, ellos permanecerán con la familia, donde seguirán recibiendo el cariño y los cuidados que Obed les dio siempre.

Este mes Obed habría cumplido 60 años. En lugar de celebrarlo a su lado, hoy estamos reuniendo fuerzas para despedirlo con dignidad y amor.
