My daughter had twins on November 10th and my granddaughter Oakley was born with a heart defect vsd that turned into Tof (Tetralogy of fallot). She was suppose to be having surgery by 6 months old, that has now turned into by 4 months due to conditions getting worse. Doctors want her to be atleast 8lbs before she has surgery. During the time of her surgery in order for her parents to be there he would have to miss work as the only one working. This is to help them with any bills or anything else that would be needed for either baby while they are out of town for her surgery.
