Support Oakland Pro Wrestler After Car Hit and run

So, Sunday night, January 5th, my car was hit by another car while it was parked outside my house and the city of Oakland (OPD) won't do anything because of the lack of manpower. I came to them with video of the incident and pics of the car that did it. They literally told me, 'You just have to take the L on this.' I only had liability insurance. So I guess it's okay to do anything you want in Oakland without consequence. It's a sad time, and I really hate asking for help, but I have no choice.
