Oakland Creates Art, Comics and Zine Fest held annually is celebrating it's ten year anniversary this year. The funds will go to help secure a venue for this years fest.

Over the past few years Oakland Creates has been held in downtown Oakland at Oak Stop and it would be great to continue to bring the fest to a centrally located and easily accessible space again this year.

Oakland Creates prioritizes women, Black and Brown artists as well as queer, disabled, trans new and emerging art makers in the S.F. Eastbay. Held annually in December, the Fest includes a zine making workshop, artists selling independently published books, zines and comic books.
