Support Nymbus' Journey to Health and Happiness
Donation protected

Hello all. My partner and I rescued this poor kitten from the street a few weeks back. When we found her, she was underweight, coated in oil, with a fractured tail, paw, and several other injuries. We bathed, fed her, and got her checked by the vet and have been taking care of her ever since.
At the second trip to the vet, Nymbus tested positive for feline leukemia (FeLV). We were originally planning to keep her, but as this disease is highly contagious we cannot expose our other cat to the virus.
Nymbus has several physical issues from her past trauma, most recently her ear has self-amputated and the fur, scabs, and broken part have fallen off her tail resulting in a heavily bandaged tail that will require constant check ups.

She is a very sweet, energetic, and adorable kitten that can live a very long and normal life if she is treated properly.
We are in the process of finding her a home while we wait to potentially retest for the FeLV in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, this process is taking a while and the expenses are beginning to add up.
All donations will be going directly to her medical bills, as we are prepared to take care of her as long as it takes to find her a proper home.
Ideally, she will fight off the virus and we will be able to keep her, but the likelihood of that is slim to be sure. She will make an excellent companion for anyone looking to have a single cat home, so we don’t want to give up on her.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
