My name is Nya, and I am currently facing one of the most challenging times of my life. I have been living with end stage heart failure, and my diagnosis is coming up on its third anniversary. Over these past three years, I have done my best to stay hopeful and focus on my recovery, but the journey has been filled with uncertainty and many obstacles. Now, my doctors have told me that I will need several surgeries in the near future, which has made the financial burden even more significant and overwhelming.

The costs associated with my condition go far beyond just medical bills. I am facing expenses for travel to and from treatment centers, hiring nurses and caregivers to help with my daily needs, and covering basic living expenses while I am unable to work. On top of that, I may need to move to be closer to specialized care, which adds another layer of stress and cost. Every aspect of my life has been affected, and I am reaching out for support to help me get through this difficult time.

In addition to financial support, I am also seeking volunteers who can help care for me after my surgeries. Volunteers will be trained to provide the support I need, and having more people involved will make a huge difference in my recovery and well-being.
