Hello world,
I meet Nwras online in 2015, back then we all enjoyed listening to him sing in Arabic with his deep voice to pass time through the assault on Gaza Strip where 500+ children were killed then. I remember the dark times where they waited hours for electricity to come back.
Fast forward to 2024 and as we all know these past 6 months have been terror.
Sadly his home was destroyed by the occupation and like many other families is looking to relocate outside of Gaza. Currently they are surviving in a tent in Rafah, struggling day to day searching for food.
Like any other father, he is looking for the safety of his family and children. There’s no place safe for his children to grow in Gaza anymore as everything has been destroyed. His children can’t loose their future just trying to survive the ongoing genocide. Their whole future can be lost trying to rebuild through the destruction. It will take years if not a lifetime to recuperate from the psychological trauma.
Our goal is to raise enough funds for Nwras be able to exit Gaza and relocate in a safer place. Funds raised will be used to cover trip expenses alongside basic needs.
My name is Pamela im a mental health therapist and reside in Los Angeles. Funds will be sent to Nwras at his requests and needs. Feel free to add me for any questions.
