Update- This is Nova, she belongs to my niece, Alexis. Alexis doesn't have any for social media, so I'm trying to help her. Nova had got an eye infection that led to her needing to have it removed. The surgery is very expensive, 3-4K she found a clinic that would be able to work with her and accepts payments. So YAY for that! And it was a fraction of the cost, 1.5K Still, not cheap, but definitely better! i hope this explanation made better sense than before. Nova needs her eye removed, and we need your help.

Hello, everyone. I am trying to help raise funds for Nova's enucleation. That's really just a fancy word for eye removal surgery. She's a 2-year-old Bombay.

The last two weeks have been pretty traumatic for Nova (and the rest of us watching her endure such pain). She has been such a trooper!

It started October 14th. Her eye was a little squinty, like she maybe had poked it on a branch or something. We put a little saline solution in it, and it started clearing up. Or so we thought! Then it just started going downhill.

And I mean fast!

We've already gotten $235 worth of medication and a visit. That's when they explained that she had gotten an infection and her eye had ruptured. No bringing it back, it's completely done. It is now going through the shriveling process.

Now that you're caught up, here we are trying to scrape up funds to get this enucleation done for her.
