Support Nour's Family's Journey to Safety

Hey everyone,

I am a friend to Nour and her family. This fundraiser was made to help a displaced family get basic necessities and to help them find safety outside of Gaza. I have been in direct contact with Nour’s brother in law, Ahmed.

A message from Nour:

Hello, I am Nour. I am from Gaza. I am 27 years old. I used to live in the Al-Nasr neighborhood in Gaza. I am married and have three children. They are Shahad, who is 6 years old, Majdi, who is 5 years old, and Muhammad, who is 2 years old.

At the beginning of the war, due to the intensity of the bombing, my husband, my three children, and I were displaced from our home to the Al Naser hospital. Then the Israeli occupation forces forced us to leave. After that, we decided to go and flee to the northern Gaza Strip to our relatives there. We stayed there for two months and lived through the worst conditions of fear, hunger, and inability to live. So We decided to move to the south after the occupation forces forced us to leave the north.

We went from the north to the south through the

checkpoint, and there my husband, Hassan, was arrested. I have not known anything about him for more than five months. I feel very worried about him, and my three children feel very sad and oppressed.
