Budget cuts have merged Northbridge Eighth and Ninth Grade football this year, eliminating one program from the Town budget. We have ensured a season for these student athletes, but need your support in raising the funds to pay for the program needs - both in terms of busing, referees, and other needs that we don't anticipate the school department not being able to meet.

We need to raise $10,000 minimum to pay for the expenses of providing these student athletes with the positive experience of playing organized sports, as well as future costs that are going to be eliminated or not funded properly.

All funds will directly benefit the Football program at all levels, now and in the future. We want to prepare for potential budget cuts and to allow the programs to have access to funds to allow them to have successful seasons.

Some examples are player equipment, filming equipment, transportation fees and team equipment such as water bottles or practice equipment.

Many of us have benefited from having this or similar programs available to us. Student athletes benefit from organized sports, learning valuable skills that transcend just the sporting activity, which provide lifetime abilities, essential qualities, and experience that lead to being a productive member in the community and the workforce.
