Hi, my name is Elizabeth barker, and I'm reaching out on behalf of my wonderful mother, Norma Richardson.

Norma has been struggling with severe mobility issues for quite some time due to a deteriorating hip condition. She's in constant pain, and even simple daily tasks have become a challenge. Her doctors have told her that hip replacement surgery is necessary to restore her mobility and give her back the quality of life she deserves.

Unfortunately, there's a major obstacle standing in the way: a $600 past-due balance from a previous Watson clinic visit. This outstanding bill has to be paid in full before she can move forward with the surgery. It's a heartbreaking delay for something so urgent.
