Hello, my name is Emily. I am asking for some help for my dear cat, Noodle. She has string wrapped around her tongue, caught in her stomach, and lodged in her intestines. The vet has told us that she needs emergency surgery, but that it will cost anywhere from $6,000- $10,000. However, they have said having a student doctor perform the procedure would reduce total cost from $3156.21-$4,441.01 and that is not including the aftercare. We only had a max limit of $1,000 for her treatment. We can't afford the full amount for treatment. I know with inflation, times are tough and I've never actually asked for financial help before. I feel guilty for even doing it now. Please help me save my baby Noodle. Any amount is greatly appreciated!

Noodle is the sweetest, most affectionate cat I've ever seen. She is derpy, loves playing in cat tunnels, playing hide-and-go-seek, and carrying her babies (stuffed animals) around the house in her mouth. I've truly never seen a cat like her before and I really don't want to lose her. It would be absolutely devastating for me and my son. I love her so much. Please, if anyone is able to, please help!

UPDATE: Noodle was able to get surgery! The total cost of the procedure was $6,000- $10,000. However, we were fortunate enough that a student doctor was available to take our case and perform Noodle’s surgery. That reduced the cost to just over $3,000. The Vet Hospital allowed me to make payments for the surgery. However, it will unfortunately cost me $256 a month. I really can’t afford that only having 1 income, but I had no other choice. I needed to save my baby. This with possible costs for complications, follow-up visits, and post op care is why I have decided to keep the donation page up.
