Support Nonna's Journey to Healing at Home

Hi everyone! My grandmother (Nonna) is a senior citizen living on a fixed income. She does not qualify for Medicaid. Nonna fell and suffered several compression fractures in her back. During rehab for this, she suffered a stroke, and complications arose when the doctors were trying to clear her carotid and, in the process, femoral artery, resulting in three surgeries within 24 hours to save her leg and life.

Now Nonna is in rehab again, recovering from both the stroke and fractures. She still needs a few surgeries and is begging us to bring her home to be with the family and out of rehab as soon as she’s strong enough. We, unfortunately, do not have the accommodations to bring her home with us as she needs a hospital bed and other medical necessities. We are asking for donations to help with these expenses to fulfill our Nonna’s wishes of coming home.
