Nolan is my head chef, and he’s become an important part of our team and community. Recently, Nolan experienced an unimaginable loss when his four-year-old son passed away. As a J1 visa holder from another country, Nolan is far from home and family, making this tragedy even more difficult to bear. He’s always been there for us, and now he needs support from those around him.
