For over 20 years, Noelia Díaz has been a dedicated and caring school bus driver in the Eastchester District, safely guiding generations of children to and from school with her signature smile and kind heart. Rain or shine, Noelia has always been there — not just driving a bus, but touching lives with her warmth, laughter, and genuine love for every child she meets.

Now, it’s our turn to help her.

Recently, Noelia received the heartbreaking news that she is battling Stage 4 cancer. Despite this unimaginable challenge, she continues to face each day with courage, faith, and an unbreakable spirit. Those who know Noelia know her strength — she is a fighter, a mother, a friend, and a light to everyone around her.

As she begins this difficult journey of treatment and recovery, we want to rally around her the same way she has always shown up for us.
