Support Noah's Recovery from Cardiac Arrest

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Alayna Zada, and I am Noah's older sister. Noah is one of the happiest and most loving people I know. With his bright and charismatic personality, he is beloved by many. He works at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Collierville, where you might see him during the day. While working full-time, he is a full-time student with straight As. Noah is 16 years old and turns 17 on January 8th. Cars are his passion, especially his Camaro, which he absolutely loves.

On January 4th, around midnight, Noah went into cardiac arrest at our dad's house while with family. He was found not breathing, with no pulse. CPR was started immediately while paramedics and first responders were called. After regaining a pulse and rhythm, he was transported to St. Francis Bartlett ER and intubated for stabilization. He had multiple seizures within this period with an unknown cause. With his critical condition, it was decided he would be transported to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis for further testing and better care before he worsened. Around 5 AM, he arrived at Le Bonheur and was placed in the Pediatric ICU. He was sedated, and testing began. From there, he was transported to the Cardiovascular ICU at Le Bonheur. After multiple tests, cardiologists believe he has a cardiac condition called Myocarditis. This heart disorder is extremely deadly and hard to identify due to the rapidness of its occurrence. Without his cousins being with him, Noah would not be with us today. As of today, January 5th, Noah is extubated and up talking to friends and family. His doctors say this was the best they've seen a kid his age bounce back from cardiac arrest in such little time, but he still has a long road ahead.

I am asking for help and donations with Noah's medical bills and further medical care now that his condition has been identified. With the ER, ICU, hospital tests and care, his future doctor visits, physical therapy, and medications he will need coming out of this, our family will need as much help as possible. This year has been extremely hard on us with our mom being diagnosed with bacterial meningitis last January and me having a TIA stroke in August. Medical bills have already been piling up, and in addition to Noah's heart condition, we would appreciate any help we can get. If you are not able to donate, please send prayers and love to Noah as he fights this battle.
