Support Noah’s Recovery After a Life-Changing Bike Accident
On 24th September 2025, 14-year-old Noah, the son of my friend Kara, was involved in a devastating bike accident that has changed his life forever.
Noah suffered a severe brain stem injury, one of the most critical areas of the brain, which controls essential functions like movement, breathing, and consciousness. Noah also a suffered a spinal fracture too amongst other injuries ,He was airlifted to The Heath Hospital in Cardiff, where he is currently in intensive care, fighting with everything he has.
His condition is serious and the journey to recovery will be long, emotional, and uncertain.
Noah’s recovery will require:
Specialist neuro-rehabilitation
Ongoing speech, physical, and occupational therapy
Medical equipment and possible home adaptations
Transportation and travel costs
Support for his mum Kara, and their family during this incredibly difficult time
While the NHS is providing life-saving care, many of the therapies and equipment that could offer the best outcomes aren’t fully covered — and the financial strain is overwhelming.
Now, he’s facing the toughest fight of his life — and he’s doing it with strength beyond his years. As Kara says he is a warrior !!
If you’re able to support Noah,Kara & family, i would be deeply grateful. You can help by:
Donating — any amount, big or small, it all makes a difference & Sharing this page it would mean so much .
Every donation will go directly to Noah’s care and recovery. Your kindness and generosity will help give him the best chance to heal and grow stronger.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting Noah, during this unimaginable time.
