Noah Stevens is a hardworking, kind-hearted 15-year-old who has always been there for his family and neighbors. On his way to school, Noah was involved in a serious motorcycle accident with a school bus, leaving him in critical condition. He was airlifted to Greenville Memorial Children's Hospital, where he remains stable but faces a long road to recovery. Noah has endured a deep neck laceration, multiple facial fractures, a broken nose and jaw, fractured ribs, broken wrists, and two pelvic fractures. He has several surgeries ahead and will need extensive therapy to heal.

Noah has been passionate about motocross since he was three years old and loves working on anything with wheels. He’s the kind of kid who spends his free time helping neighbors and lending a hand wherever he can. His younger brother, Hunter, and his parents, Katelynn and Drew, are by his side every step of the way. Katelynn is fully disabled with Huntington’s Chorea, and Drew, Noah’s father, is self-employed and currently without insurance, making this situation even more challenging for the family.
