My name is Noah Thomas and on YouTube I go by "bignoknow". I have been sharing my lifestyle experience since 2012 through depression, anxiety, addiction, and since November of 2024, cancer. For the past year, I have been working as hard as I can to overcome my stage 3c goblet cell appendix cancer, and in July of 2025, I was given the classification of NED: No Evidence of Disease. I was elated. Months of working with natural doctors, cancer consultants, traditional oncologists, traveling for specialized chemo, major surgery, supplements, repurposed meds, etc. I thought it was over... I was so happy.

Unfortunately, my last CT scan revealed a thickening of some tissue in my abdomen and I was told it's likely a recurrence and a sign of stage 4. It's been heartbreaking and a lot to process. I will likely need major surgery, chemo, and many more supportive treatments. I am starting another GoFundMe to help with the financial burden of this situation for me and my family.
