Beloved community member and veteran skijor competitor Noah Gregory was involved in a serious horse accident on 2/28/2026 while competing in Grand Lake, CO. Noah was transported by ambulance and subsequently LifeFlighted to Denver, where he underwent surgery on 3/2/26 for a shattered pelvis. While Noah was lucky in that his organs and spinal cord were not injured, he has a long road ahead of him, with doctors estimating his recovery to be up to 9 months of rehab.

Noah runs Telluride Wranglers with his wife Christina and is a firefighter EMT in Cortez, CO. They have two young children. The immediate financial impacts of this accident, plus the prolonged loss of income, are daunting. Noah and Christina are two of the kindest, most hardworking, and fun-loving people we know. They never ask for help, so we must rally around them and make sure that they know that they don't need to ask - we are here.
