The cancer has metastasized to her spine, hips, bones, liver, neck, and the perimeter of her brain. In what feels like the blink of an eye, a life once filled with plans, purpose, dancing, and joy has been overtaken by endless medical appointments, exhausting treatments, and the daily uncertainty of what tomorrow will bring.

Nneka is a devoted sister and aunt, a loyal and dedicated friend, and the kind of person who has always shown up for others. Even now, in the middle of the hardest fight of her life, she continues to meet each day with courage, a sense of humor, and an unbreakable fighting spirit that inspires everyone around her. Beyond the physical pain and emotional toll, the financial weight of this fight has become overwhelming. Long hospital stays, multiple and pending surgeries, specialized treatments, medications, travel for care, and the inability to work have created a burden that continues to grow. Despite doing everything possible, the cost of fighting this disease is simply more than one person or family can carry alone.
